In 2022, our senior structural designer developed a comprehensive design plan tailored for residential backyards. The initial blueprints focused on maximizing space utilization, meeting structural safety standards, and achieving a balanced integration of climbing and swing modules to create a robust and reliable swing and slide set.

2. Client Selection and Regional Customization (September 2023)

In September 2023, after reviewing our product range, the client selected this design for launch under their own brand. To align with local architectural aesthetics and environmental preferences, the client requested specific customizations—most notably, an adjustment to the color scheme to harmonize with the tones of local wall finishes. Our engineering team successfully incorporated these custom color specifications into the wooden playset structure while ensuring structural stability and safety.

3. Mass Production and Export (Late 2023)

Following final sample approval and production scheduling, the custom order underwent rigorous quality inspections. By the end of 2023, the full container load featuring the monkey bars and swing set components was successfully manufactured, packaged, and exported to Kuwait on schedule.

4. Product Upgrades and Expansion (April 2025)

Based on end-user feedback and market demand gathered by April 2025, the project underwent its first major functional upgrade. Key improvements included:

Upgrading the configuration from a two-seat to a three-seat swing setup to increase play capacity.

Adding durable wooden step ladders to improve climbing accessibility and enhance the user experience.

1. R&D and Sustainable Material Breakthrough (2022 – 2023)

Between 2022 and 2023, driven by a commitment to sustainability, our R&D team launched a specialized project to develop materials using eco-friendly raw inputs. Through close collaboration with material suppliers and multiple rounds of testing, we successfully developed a proprietary RPET Oxford fabric. Made from 100% recycled materials—equivalent to 45 plastic bottles—this fabric meets rigorous standards for load-bearing capacity, aging resistance, and safety required for outdoor play equipment, and has been incorporated into our saucer swing product line.

2. Selection by Sam’s Club & Member’s Mark Integration (Mid-2023)

In 2023, as a supplier to Sam’s Club, our new saucer swing featuring RPET material was submitted for product selection. Following strict quality assessments, safety testing, and sample reviews, our ODM design was selected and officially launched under Sam’s Club’s private label brand, Member’s Mark.

3. Stable Mass Production and Long-term Partnership (2023 – 2025)

From 2023 through 2025, this product has maintained steady mass production cycles and consistent shipment volumes. Whether featured as part of a residential swing set with saucer swing setup or utilized as a replacement playground swing, the item has demonstrated reliable field performance and ongoing market demand.

Project Journey and Execution

1. Initial Consultation and Custom Design Discussion (Second half of 2024)

In the second half of 2024, we received an inquiry from an Italian client regarding a specialized metal handle. The project requirements differed significantly from standard off-the-shelf products, necessitating precise custom engineering. Through multiple rounds of technical discussions, drawing revisions, and sample validation, our engineering team ensured full alignment with the client’s exact specifications, resulting in a product that met all standards for functionality and safety.

2. Mass Production and Quality Control (Second half of 2024)

Upon approval of the design, our factory commenced production of the custom hardware. Prior to packaging and shipment, every batch underwent rigorous load-bearing tests, surface treatment checks, and dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with the client’s high standards.

3. Successful Export and Client Feedback (January 2025)

Production and delivery of the custom metal handle order were successfully completed in January 2025. Upon receipt and evaluation, the client confirmed the excellent manufacturing quality and highly commended our responsiveness and precision in production.
